3. Why do we collect your personal data?

This way, your data is collected in order to:

Send you information about our offers, news and events (newsletters, alerts), especially through social media campaigns;

Make statistics and audience measurements.

The data that Lab'Stories needs to fulfill the purposes described above.

4. Who do we pass on your personal data to?

Your data is processed by Lab'Stories. They will not be sold or made available to any third party subject to Lab'Stories' potential subcontractors for exclusively technical and logistical reasons (site hosting and maintenance providers, database management providers) and any restructuring of our company, including full or partial disposal of assets, merger, acquisition, spin-off and more generally any reorganization.

Your Data may be used for customer relationship management and optimization purposes, as well as, unless opposed by you, for the purpose of sending information about Lab'Stories' offers and news, including through social media advertising campaigns. Social networking companies and email router providers can therefore receive your data.

5. What are your rights?

In accordance with current regulations, you have the right to access and correct your Data, as well as the right to request its erasure, to object to their processing and to obtain its limitation or portability to the extent applicable.

You may also object to your Data being used to build your customer profile; in this case you will no longer be able to benefit from personalized offers or services.

These rights can be exercised directly with Lab'Stories by email at contact@lab-stories.com. You may be asked for proof of identity.

6. How long do we keep your personal data?

Data relating to your subscription to our newsletters /mailing will be kept by Lab'Stories for a period of no longer within the applicable legal limitation period, i.e. 5 years from the end of the contractual relationship or the inactivity of your user account.

Data used to send communications related to Lab'Stories' offers, news and events will be retained for three years after they are collected or last contacted by Lab'Stories. At the end of this period, Lab'Stories will be able to contact you again to find out if you would like to continue to receive our communications relating to our offers, news and events. Your data will also be destroyed as soon as you request your opt-out.

Finally, log logs collected, subject to your agreement, as part of the cookies and other tracers set up on our Site, will be kept in accordance with the applicable regulations for a period of no more than thirteen (13) months. For more details, we use cookies for statistical analysis.
